About Me

I spend most of my time building things that behave themselves: backend systems, event-driven runtimes, and small Linux-based devices that poke the physical world with sensors, pumps, NFC readers, LEDs and whatever else seems like a good idea at the time. The theme is always the same — make complex behaviour predictable, remove accidental chaos, and create systems future-me won’t curse at.

Outside of that, I’m usually on a bike. Long-distance gravel on a Ridley Kanzo Adventure, in the summer months on the road suffering on a Specialized Tarmac SL6, and in winter riding cyclocross (wouldn’t call it that, but i the bike demands it) on a self-built Ridley X-Ride Disc. These rides are powered mostly by atmospheric, heavy music from the post-rock/post-metal universe. Recently i delved into prog-rock/prog-metal. And i’ve rediscovered going on the few concerts of bands that i actually like (like Mono or Amenra in 2025, Godspeed You! Black Emperor in 2026).

I’m married, a father, and consistently surprised by how well curiosity, engineering, endurance sports and family life can coexist when scheduled with… creativity.

This site collects whatever I’m building, exploring, fixing or trying to understand.
